Neil Critchley has been named Scottish Premiership Glen's Manager of the Month for January after guiding Heart of Midlothian to three wins and a draw last month.
The Tynecastle club beat Motherwell, Dundee United and Kilmarnock, and drew with Aberdeen, as well as knocking Brechin City out of the Scottish Cup.
Hearts thrashed Dundee 6-0 on Saturday to move to within a point of the top six.
